rough picture of my degree show set up thus far, in an abandoned car park in Fullham this time.
private view tonight. come by if you can, but if you’re in London on Tuesday then come by then instead, it’s the last night of the show and there’s gonna be music from a number of bands as well as the elusive and sensual Susan Balmar, and an ex- Brighton, now London based producer on the Donky Pitch roster (it’s a surprise). the whole thing’s set in a soon to be demolished car park, it looks beautiful. There’s Small Batch Coffee, a selection of keg beer from W.J. King (private view only), a showreel room, installation room, library and shop. My space is toward the back, follow the faint strains of Memphis rap and the scent of swisher sweets.
some sketchy ass photos of my degree show set up. pretty basic. will post better pictures soon. pictured are a book and mixtape i made as well as the last video i posted, on the theme of underground ’90s memphis rap. selling the tapes NFP for £2, to cover the cost of materials. will post mix online this week. will post better book images this week. if anyone fancies a copy let me know, might make a couple of A5 versions. also i have business cards now HA
